This week the kids will learn about the importance of forgiveness through the story of Joseph. The focus verse will be Genesis 37:3 - Now Israel loved Joseph more than any of his other sons, because he had been born to him in his old age; and he made an ornate robe of many colors for him. Within the The Jesus Story Book Bible by Sally Lloyd-Jones, the kids will be learning from pages 76-83. Some extension activities include: sorting leaves by color, discussing what forgiveness means during every day grievance, and memorizing the focus verse from this week.
