If you are a newcomer to Side By Side joining us for the spring portion of our 2024-2025 calendar year, you are in the right place!

Need a scholarship?

Childcare and book scholarships are granted upon request. If you need financial assistance, please skip "Step 1: Payment" and navigate to "Step 2: Registration". When completing registration, you can indicate if you would like a book and/or childcare scholarship and we will be in touch as quickly as we can!

Step 1: Payments

Please, note that ​dues are paid annually. Childcare is paid twice per year -  fall semester and spring semester. Childcare fees below are for the spring semester only.

Trainee Dues & Fees

Trainee refers the spouse of a medical or dental student, resident, fellow, or research fellow. 

Select only one of the options below.
Trainee: DUES ONLY
Trainee: Dues PLUS 1 child
Trainee: Dues PLUS 2 or more children

Consultant Dues & Fees

Consultant refers to the spouse of a consultant, dentist, or non-medical individual.

Consultant: Dues PLUS 2 or more Children

Step 2: Registration

Please complete the registration form by clicking on the button below. Once complete, you will have access to the Small Group Sign-Up link.

Step 3: Small Group Selection

Sign up for your small group via Sign Up Genius. Again, the link to the Small Group Sign Up will be available to you at the end of the above Step 2: Registration Form. Small group leaders and care leaders already have their spots reserved.

Step 4: Optional Donation

Would you like to make a donation to help grow the Side By Side ministry in Rochester? 

Donations to our organization are used in two ways.
  1. To offset the cost of childcare to ensure a low cost for all members AND providing scholarships to those who identify as experiencing financial hardship.
  2. To supplement our income which helps with our operational expenses which include printing, maintaining our website, collecting payments, etc.
