Would you like to get a head-start on your Christmas shopping? Next week, November 21, the Autumn Ridge bookstore Christos will be offering a 15% discount on all purchase for participants of Side By Side. This special sale runs from 9:00 to 12:00.
Are you looking for a low-commitment way that you could serve and give back to Side By Side? Would you consider watching the Steering Committee members' children during one of the upcoming Steering Committee meetings this year? Steering Committee meets once a month in one of our homes and we have 4-6 children among us that need childcare. You could even bring your own children with you and call it a play date! The commitment is from 9:15-11:00 and we would be greatly appreciative if you could volunteer to help out on one of the following dates:
December 1 January 5 February 2 March 2
There is no school for most Kindergarten classes in public school Friday Nov 21st. We will have a class for your child. Please RSVP to leeanntebben@gmail.com ASAP to sign your kids up. It is $6/7/8 for 1/2/3+ kids, payable to LeeAnn that morning at the Children's Wing desk. Thanks!
Catherine and Damian McGovern welcomed Leah Marie McGovern on November 5 at 9:10 pm. She weighed in at 8 lb 3 oz. Mom and daughter are doing well. Congratulations!!!

We are so blessed with awesome childcare providers again this year. Please consider writing a note of thanks or giving a small token of appreciation to your children’s teachers this year around the holidays.
